英文要約1. R&D result (1)Development of salt resistant and PID free PV panel: Our PV module passed the severest grade 6 of IEC61701Ed2 standard, but PID is another risk at the sea and a coastal area. EVA cannot avoid PID perfectly, so we developed acetic acid free encapsulant(poly-olefin and so on). Poor softness is the biggest issue of olefin resin in laminating temperature. We investigated laminating condition to prevent cell crack. (2)Development of float structure: We made 2 types trial sample. One is metallic frame with float, the other is FRP outline style. They have merits and demerits in mass production phase. We thought both type should be test on sea water. When the module floated on the sea was broken, leak current is big problem especially in salt water. Interception circuit system was developed. When leak current is detected, the system divide the PV series. (3) Sun tracking system: PV module on the water is set about 5 degree to escape wind influence. In the case of low degree setting, tracking effect will be 2 percent. We thought tracking system was not needed on sea water. (4) Understanding of experiment place: Understanding of an outline in Ehime-ken and Imabari-shi was obtained from the first. Other formal agreements are obtained. Agreement of a fishing association.
