英文要約Title: Interim annual report in 2015 of fundamental research project as for the wind-turbine systems, for the technology research development and the offshore wind-turbine system, it is the common ground study into technology research development and empirical research for next-generation floating offshore wind-turbine systems.

This research is to be examined from the viewpoint of low cost and cost effectiveness, and contributes to the progress of international competitiveness of our country.The outcomes on this research are eight contents as below.

(1)To investigate the methodology related to aerodynamics and structural coupled analysis on wind turbine and floater, and determine the examination of the analysis using FAST(ver.8.10) developed by NREL(USA).
(2)To establish the technical committee and the working group to promote the demonstration study, and evaluate reports presented by members of the study.
(3)To clarify the major difference of effectiveness by hurricane, monsoon, and undulation about annual average wave heights and wave period on 3 sea areas, Kitakyushu, Fukushima, and Akita.
(4)To examine dynamic analysis in case of 3 water depths, 50m, 80m, and 100m, utilizing the model of domestic demonstration study. It clarified the major effectiveness to mooring tension and the little effectiveness to disturbing response, caused by the difference of water depths.
(5)To produce the controlled model of the floating wind turbine assumed the 5MW wind turbine defined by NREL, and it clarified that the model controlled the load when the turbine generated electricity by utilizing the method which controlled negative-damping generation compared with that of the wind turbine on the ground. The shallower water depth on the sea, the more counterplan it needs to prevent the load to the wind turbine base from increasing in storm
(6)To indicate designing criteria of floater, connected parts with the tower, and of mooring ropes, connected parts of the floater and bottom of the ocean.
(7)To consider components and contents of homepages and pamphlets.(8)To determine components of the technical guide book. The main contents of the book are commentaries of national technical criteria, and it includes documents of observations, water tank tests, and some models referred to other demonstration study in appendix.
