(1) Demonstration System Construction (Fuji Electric)
 Fuji Electric designed a smart grid system to implement peak load reduction, supervisory control of distribution system, and distribution loss (Non-Technical loss) reduction for the 4 feeders (TehsilCamp, City-I, Conduit, Salarganj) in city subdivision of Panipat, Haryana.
 ・As a result of adjustment with UHBVN and capacity building team, Fuji Electric determined to introduce an education and training system into the training center owned by UHBVN in addition to the demonstration system in Panipat subdivision.
 ・For the demonstration system in Panipat subdivision, Fuji Electric determined to install server equipment into data center owned by UHBVN and construct an operation center in substation of the subdivision.
 ・Fuji Electric designed the demonstration and education/training system.
 ・Fuji Electric placed the order for equipment and software based on the result of system design.

(2) Smart Meter Design (Fuji Electric)
 Fuji Electric designed the smart meter as follows.
 ・Fuji Electric designed the smart meter conforming to the BIS standard, the industrial standard in India.
 ・Enclosure design of the smart meter is completed this year, and the design of board layout, circuit and communication board inside the smart meter is currently being implemented.
 ・Fuji Electric placed the order for the smart meter related equipment.

(3)TWACS System Installation (Sumitomo Electric Industries)
 TWACS system design was done.
 ・MTU is designed as considering BIS Indian standard.
 ・OMU chassis is designed as considering outdoor temperature and insolation.
 ・Server and software configuration for PLC manager are designed, and interface to external headend in detail is under consideration.
 ・TWACS related equipment is ordered.
