Research and development to optimized dialysis system for the affairs of each area contributes to develop quality of dialysis treatment and accelerate expansion of domestic medical industry in Asian countries. Our target is to demonstrate following three concepts. 1) To offer the water treatment system that is adequate to raw water environment in China and to supply super pure water for dialysate, 2) To offer a high quality dialysis treatment by the combination of the high flux dialyzer and intermittent hemodialysis (I-HD). 3) Improve the safety and labor-saving dialysis treatment by introducing dialysis machine with navigation and automation function. To demonstrate these concepts, we made effort to develop high flux dialyzer. To improve low molecular weight material clearance (ex. urea, creatinine), we designed spinnerets again. We achieved to make hollow fiber membrane having the high separation performance than before. In addition to this, we confirmed that spinnability using the new spinneret did not have a problem. In other words, we achieved high membrane performance and spinnability coexistence. We are going to measure module performance of the hollow fiber membrane made with new spinneret.
