Development results: Development of automatic deterioration diagnosis and centralized management software

(1)We created 3D deterioration model of a pier superstructure undersurface using the SfM analysis from inspection camera image captured by a small radio-controlled boat.

(2)We developed a software that automatically deterioration diagnosis and database from Ortho image obtained from the 3D model degradation.

(3) It was applied to study of the technology by the demonstration experiment.
It was carried out in order of applicability and challenges of extraction in the real pier of this inspection and diagnostic system.

[Field demonstration results (Summary)]
・Still images in a closed space of the night by the LED light mounted on the radio-controlled boat was able to good shooting.
・Influence of waves are eliminated by mounting the gimbal, good still image can be acquired.
・It was possible to create a good 3D deterioration model by one shot per second.
・The deterioration diagnosis software developed was possible to extract the degradation such as cracks.
