英文要約1. International standardization
After discussion on communication reliability the revised standard J2601 has
been published July 2015. Japanese standard refers the J2601 to enact
hydrogen filling technology criteria.
MC-Formula which is a new hydrogen filling protocol considering sequential
control has been also discussed to add to the J2601. In the next fiscal year,
voting of the MC-Formula will be worked.
The hydrogen filling protocol in the ISO 19880-1 has been enacted in
compliance with the J2601. Deliberation has been advanced to publish in the
next fiscal year.
Hydrogen filling protocol for fuel cell motorcycle has been discussed. There
is a possibility to filling fast at current hydrogen station when a Type III
tank is used for motorcycle according to the examination at JARI.

2. Freezing examination of nozzle and receptacle
Simulated hydrogen filling test were carried out to understand the effects
of environmental temperature, humidity, filling interval and so on. Water
condensed inside the nozzle was frozen and it made the mechanical lock system
not to work properly. This probably causes a freeze lock between nozzle and
receptacle. To avoid moisture from the nozzle is important to prevent the
freeze lock.

3. Examination of the improvement of temperature measurement
To improve an accuracy of temperature measurement in the high-pressure
hydrogen gas, a cooling jacket system which cools a thermocouple in advance
until the temperature of supplied hydrogen was tested with Kyusyu University.
Although a slight improvement is appeared, more investigation is needed.
