英文要約The purpose of this project is to educate an operator and engineer of critical infrastructure for critical infrastructure protection from cyber-attack. In this fiscal year, we implemented governing structure of this project, a requirement survey, design a curriculum, consider a specification of education material for basic curriculum, design a hardware requirement of e-learning system and confirm a system operation capabilities.
The details are as follows.

1. Governing structure of this project
We decided that we will organize a bimonthly project steering committee with Institute of Information Security and bimonthly joint steering committee with Institute of Information Security and Nagoya Institute of Technology at first joint steering committee which held in 16th March. We also held a steering committee 4 times (27th January, 3rd February, 2nd March and 29th March) in this fiscal year.

2. A requirement survey
We have to understand what kind of skill, knowledge and mindset are existing for operator and engineer of critical infrastructure. We surveyed existing skill, knowledge and mindset by outsourcing. One of result shows some meaning of words are different at each area (Telecom Company, electrical utilities, Transportation Company). In different words, we have to be careful about words in material.

3. Design a curriculum
We discuss and share a curriculum image with project member. We set an examination between basic curriculums and customize curriculums. We discussed rules that operator or engineer who knows knowledge of basic curriculum and pass an examination can shortcut basic curriculum.

4. Consider a specification of education material for basic curriculum
We considered a specification of education material for basic curriculum using result of survey which written in 2nd item and our existing education technology.

5. Design a hardware requirement of e-learning system and confirm a system operation capabilities
We design a hardware requirement of e-learning system from expected number of students and assumed e-learning contents. We procure a designed system hardware and confirm an operation.
