英文要約Title: Development of Building Integrated Solar Power Systems Using Low Reflectance Solar Panels for Environmental Consideration

The front surface reflection of the low reflectance solar panels measured by the multi-angle spectrophotometer was less than 1 % within the incident angle from 10 to 70 degree. The low reflectance solar panels were attached the building walls to evaluate the output performance under the sunlight and to estimate the contribution of the optical confinement effects by the surface structure.
The building integrated thin film silicon solar modules with the function of the transparent and the thermal insulating features have been developed. The measurement results of the heat transmission coefficient and thermal insulation coefficient were equivalent to that of the ordinary IR reflecting glass.
The sunlight image on the solar panels with the surface roughness less than 0.25 um disappeared obviously. The neighboring sunlight reflection problem will be examined by the model building with the low reflection solar panels on the walls.
