1) In the power generation efficiency reduction products in the same cell process, the wire sliced process has revealed that the damage of the outer peripheral portion, which is considered attributable was present by UV-PL imaging measurement.
2) It has been established the processing conditions of the thin wire fixed abrasive grains (core diameter Φ60μm) can reduced silicon raw materials. As a result, the material cost can be reduced by about 9%. In addition, to confirm the correlation of the shattering and electrodeposited plating thickness of the diamond abrasive grains of the fixed abrasive wire.
3) For the wafer surface quality improvement, to evaluate the wire fixing method is different of diamond abrasive grains, it was found that there is a difference in the depth of damage that occurs to the surface.
