We have begun the development of a low-cost film type perovskite solar cell. The conversion efficiency of the cell on the glass substrate made by using the low-temperature process and the gas flow process was 14%. The conversion efficiency of the cell on the film substrate similarly made was 5%. These sizes of the cell were 1cm×1cm. Moreover, the simple durability examination was set, and the development of the durability improvement technology have been begun. In addition, we designed a new coating applicator for the perovskite cell fabrication etc., and introduced them.
