RATO:Research Association for Technological Innovating of Organicphotovoltaics

In order to improve in value of organicphotovoltaics, we have focused on the higher performance compared to crystal silicon under low illumination.
We proposed E-SEG as micro power source and self-emitting light guidance device
intended for use in ,charged by organic solar cells.

E-SEG is designed to protect human life in the power outrage caused by earthquake, blaze, power plant accident and so on. On this fiscal year, we have prepared on-site test, so we have collected and analyzed data from low-insolation condition We also developed OPV modules to set up E-SEG. We have ahead of schedule half a year started field test of E-SEG system collaborated with Tokorozawa city.
We will show outline of this year activity.
