英文要約1. International standardization (Hydrogen filling protocol)
JARI has organized the Hydrogen Fueling Interface WG to discuss the issues on the following international standards for hydrogen fueling interface. The revision of J2601 was taken place and MC-Formula which is a new hydrogen filling protocol considering sequential control was adopted. After discussion on those new protocol, the revised standard J2601 has been published December 2016. Japanese standard refers the J2601 (2014) to specify the hydrogen filling technology criteria (JPEC-S 0003). Further, SAE Interface TF started itemizing the revision point on present J2601.

The hydrogen filling protocol in the ISO 19880-1 has adopted the basic idea of the protocol specified in SAE J2601. The deliverable is going to be published in the next fiscal year.

Hydrogen filling protocol for fuel cell motorcycle has been discussed. A modified MC-Formula optimized for fuel cell motorcycle is considered.

2. International standardization (Hydrogen connection)
A freezing examination of nozzle and receptacle developed at JARI and a connection test were specified in ISO17268, and DIS has been ready to be registered.

3. Development of hydrogen filling protocol for fuel cell motorcycle
A system to control a pressure ramp rate properly during hydrogen filling has been developed to be establish new hydrogen filling protocol for fuel cell motorcycle. This protocol includes variable pressure ramp rate which is different from conventional protocol based on a constant pressure ramp rate. It is possible to examine the new protocol by using the system.
