Development item theme of TATSUNO "establishment of inspection of dispenser by the gravimetric method".

We're aiming at establishment of accuracy testing technology of a dispenser by gravimetric method on this project. Comparison estimates accuracy the indication of the hydrogen dispenser, to the hydrogen mass filled into test vessel instead of an automobile. Many factors concerned with the pipe way construction of the equipment and uncertainty of the mass measurement are included of a measure by a hydrogen dispenser, so the technology able to exclude these or revise and improve the precision is needed.
Fiscal year 2016 : The technology developed in fiscal year 2014 for correspondence to 82MPa (70MPa super-communication filling :JPEC S0003:2014) is applied and a gravimetric method test apparatus has been developed newly. This equipment also improves precision stability as well as the mobility and the operability by the self-propelled possible vehicle loading type. A following check of establishment and the 1st year for the 2nd year was performed and much data was acquired using this gravimetric apparatus of a business station. The number of investigation stations equals 138 stations in the total from the starting. The part which evolved and the part where improvement is needed become clear by this also the passing years-like reliability and information on a repeat are being obtained. It'll be something to contribute to establishment of a measure management technique, improvement of a practical use guideline and a revise by offering these data and the result of analysis to a project.
Study of a substitution fluid way : Hydrogen is necessary to be flammable compressed gases and it requires a huge cost in construction establishment of a test equipment and the practical use upkeep and safety. It isn't realistic. We think it's very useful that substitution fluid capable of a test can be used safely. It's necessary to confirm that a test can be estimated with the fixed correlation in hydrogen and substitution fluid. It's possible to grasp about influence of the fluid used to test for the various effect using hydrogen and substitution fluid. When doing that, it's safe and low in cost and it's enabled to do a type approval test using substitution fluid. In this year, basic data using hydrogen was collected in NREL (USA is nationwide, the energy research center which can be renewed). Effect factor could be grasped among these, so we'll plan to advance more studies next year.
