英文要約Development of Yukimuro cooling unit using thermoacoustic refrigeratot driven by solar power

Yukimuro is used an air-conditioner in summer and preserves vegetables, rice and liquor in a heavy snowfall area.
We challenge introduction cost 17.7% reduction in snow desert cooler by this study.
Specifically, Yukimuro's capacity is reduced by the refrigerator by solar power.
And we improve a wall in a prefabricated refrigerator.

1.Development of thermoacoustic refrigerator

We designed the 1kW thermoacoustic refrigerator in feasibility study.
A bunch of small flow pass is installed in a jurisdiction, and when a temperature gradient beyond some critical values is given, jurisdiction fluid wakes self-induced oscillation up.
Oppositely, when we make gas vibrate compulsorily, a temperature gradient is produced and it works as the refrigerator.
We adopted double loop-type of the prime mover loop which makes acoustic power with solar and the refrigerator loop which makes a chill with acoustic power as a basic model.
The high temperature side heat exchanger temperature of the prime mover has begun to drive the refrigerator in 120 ℃ and its temperature went down to for the refrigerator temperature -112.2 ℃ at 180 ℃。
The output power was 1684.3W.

2.Development of device which inputs solar power

First, we designed the device which puts 4kW power in the thermoacoustic refrigerator.
When about 60 collection of heat pipes are generally used, about 4.4 kW of heat is collected.
Various kinds of ones are sold to solar power collector and temperature at the tip rises even 290 ℃ for something in which a heat pipe is inserted.
Heat collection pipes are arranged in a sector to make heat concentrate.

3.Development of active insulation technology

We simulate how to hit a chill in Yukimuro cooling and decide the way to stop a thaw.
We establish active insulation technology by the thermoacoustic refrigerator.
We considered several how to let it run the chill which stops a thaw.
There are several ways. The first is the way to make them crawl on a chill along a Yukimuro's wall.
The second is the way to puff a chill into snow directly.
The third is the way to cool the air which enter from the room.

4.Development of demonstration system

To develop low cost Yukimuro, we improve a wall in a prefabricated refrigerator.
To give Yukimuro's insulation performance, we investigated about improvement method on a wall for prefabricated refrigerators.
There are a way to spread a thin insulator and a way to give a coat of heat insulation paint.
There is something very high-density and with good performance in a glass wool insulator.
The building of heat insulation paint is very easy, and the weather resistance is making progress.
