英文要約Title: International Cooperative Demonstration Project Utilizing Photovoltaic Power Generation Systems. Development of Supportive Technology for Designing PV-Hybrid Power Generation Systems (FY2006-FY2009) FY2008 Annual Report The aim of this project is to develop a supportive technology of design for PV-Hybrid systems with the practical use of NEDO's demonstrative research project for the PV hybrid power generation systems in the Asian countries. In FY2008, We considered items and contents of our tool supporting the design work of PV-Hybrid Power Generation System using our knowledge obtained from analysis and research conducted from the FY2006 to the FY2007. As the result of this, we decided the specifications of tool and built a prototype. Following the FY2007, we conducted analysis of correlation of every elements of meteorological phenomenon, classified electric demand pattern of rural community and also conducted quantitative analysis on environment factors of meteorological phenomenon and etc. which seemed to have affected its appearance patterns using previous NEDO's project data. In addition, we fed back our achievement of ex-NEDO projects and visited Laos, Hoayxe village (site of PV+MH+Pump-up Hybrid Power system) and Thailand , Li-Bong Island (PV+DEG Hybrid Power Generation System) for our field survey in the 2008FY in order to obtain additional data related to administrative performance of system after the completion of projects.  Regarding the meteorological database, we considered users' convenience and built display software with easily-search function which is tentatively called "Asian standard solar radiation database" last fiscal year. We also increased the number of weather station and improved display contents on NEDO's demonstrative research project data and METPV-3, and then built "Asian standard solar radiation database (VER-2)" as its tentative name in this fiscal year. We asked contractors who had been offered the business abroad by NEDO by that time to provide meteorological data. As a result of this, we could obtain meteorological data of all projects. We include improved data on the prototype weather database (VER-2). Regarding data related to the solar radiation which is difficult to obtain in the country, we visited overseas weather bureaus in Asia countries on business. We visited Laos in November and Thailand in March in this fiscal year. At present, we are getting ready for our obtained data.
