英文要約Title:Biomass Energy Rigional System Project For Ligneous Biomass Use And Circulation Experiment In Maniwa City(Fy2005-Fy2009)Fy2007 Intermediate Report In Fy2008 these result have been obtained. 1.Collection And Transport System (1)Bark combustion for power generating boirer fuel ・Bark is mixed for power generating boirer fuel with chip. Compared to 13% mixing ratio target,18.4% mixing is carried out. (2)Moisture content experiment of bark ・3 case moisture content experiment of bark is carried out. ・In the outside accumulation under roof,moisture content is reduced by 38% in one month. In summer,moisture content is reduced to 20-30%,which is suitable for boirer fuel use. ・In the outside floorup accumulation,moisture content reducing ratio is lower than in the outside accumulation under roof and moisture content is affected by climate. ・In the inside accumulation of crushing bark,moisture content is more reduced by machine crushing and air trasportation. (3)Trasportation cost of chip and bark ・Transportation cost with transportation fee,worker wage and fuel cost is caliculated. These transportation cost for chip and bark is under 2.3yen/kg,which is lower than lamp oil transportation cost 6.8yen/L. 2.Energy Circulation System (1)Steam Boiler 10 hour automatic operation by crushing bark in daytime ・Crushing bark with 40% moisture content is supplied into boirer automatically by air. ・But using crushing machine's max bark supply is nearly 100kg/h,250-300kg/h supply,which is necessaly for design steam output 1.0t/h,is impossible.So,Steam output is about 0.3t/h. ・In order to supply crushing bark stablly,two machines are installed. One is new bark crushing machine with 2m3/h outputh which is equal to 1 hour boirer cunsumption,and the other is bark storage and supply machine with 5m3/h volume which is equal to 3 hour boirer cunsumption (2)Steam Boiler automatic operation by high moisture content fuel at night ・1.5t/h steam output boirer is continuousily operated by 31.8% mixtuer chip with dried chip and raw chip at night. (3)Steam Boiler operation by high moisture mountain wood chip and raw chip ・In 2.5t/h steam output boirer operation,over 70% boirer efficiency is achived by under 30% moisture content ligneous biomass fuel. ・65% boirer efficiency is achived by 55.8% moisture content mountain wood chip. ・But in the over 30% moisture content ligneous biomass fuel use,7-8 times startup heavy oil is necessary in order to reach stable boirer temperatuer. ・In the boirer hot banking test,nearly 100℃ temperatuer rising is achived. Boirer operation by hot banking will be tried in order to reduce startup heavyoil supply. (4)Hot water boiler operation in accordance with load change and green-house warming ・In the 6 unit green-house warming test by 250,000kcal/h hot water boirer,green-house warming is kept by intermittent boirer operation.Boirer operation time is under 40%. ・From this result,in order to reduce electric consumpution, boirer operation method will be changed as follows. 1)reducing hot water supply pomp operation time accoding to boirer operation. 2)Hot water supply tank and return tank is separately installed.
