1.Contents and results of the research and development   (1) R&D of the heat- electric power module with flexible structure  ・For the trial manufacture examination of the simple heat electric module, I started with the board which I can produce experimentally immediately  ・For the pattern formation examination of the print board, I examined plural suppliers  ・A search of the tip supply of BiTe was finished   (2) R&D of the high heat-resistant flexible board  ・We investigated the state-of art technology of the flexible printed circuits (FPC). 150 degC of the polyimide (PI) is the highest temperature among FPC according to the investigation.  ・We investigate a thermal conductivity and the thermal expansion rate of various substrate materials  ・We discussed with the manufacture maker about the development policy of the FPC.   (3) R&D of high temperature implementation materials and technology  ・I chose the joining materials which were Ag particle - epoxy system and Ag particle - alcohol-based.  ・I carried out a joining experiment and search for a joining condition.   (4) R&D of the drainage pipe wearing heat-electric power module and the applied system  ・A study / the preliminary design of the cooling method of the low temperature department were carried out by simple model of the heat simulator.  ・Even by a natural air-cooling, predetermined (50K degree) difference of temperature is provided if we put on the fin of the big area. But the air-cooling by the common use of the small fan with the low power consumption is thought to be more realistic.  ・I visited some companies for the investigation of the applied system of this heat-electric power module. Because the use of the generated electric power is infinite, worry is useless.
