We developed the low cost type dispenser.The main content of execution is as follows.(1)We examined the specifications of the dispenser. The specifications are as follows.1)Model:EAIT1111 2)Filling Pressure:70MPa 3)Working Pressure:upper 80MPa,lower 70MPa 4)Design Pressure:upper 89MPa,lower 78MPa 5)Flow Range:0.05-5.0kg/min 6)Measurement Accuracy: ±1.5% 7)Display:LCD display with backlighting 6-degits 0-999999g 8)Fiow Meter:Coriolis Flow Meter 9)Shut Off Valve:Air Acutuator Valve 10)Control Valve:Electric Air Acutuator Valve 11)Safety Valve:Setting pressure 78.0MPa 12)Pressure Transmitter:Output Range 0-120MPa 13)Pressure Gauge:Output Range 0-120MPa (2)We examined test method of hydrogen revelation for the flow meter and designed the examination device.We bought high-pressure gas machineries for examination and produced three Coriolis Flow Meters.(3)We designed and evaluated the prototype flowmeter for basic examinations of the large flow quantity for 70MPa-type.Item for examinations and Results are as follows.1)Pressure examination:There is no problem at 67.5MPa (the water pressure).Airtight examination There is no problem at 45.0MPa (gas pressure).2) Vibration test In three detecting element direction (X,Y,Z) installation states, In three detecting element direction (X,Y,Z) installation states,The vibration test was good. 3)A point zero stability examination(A temperature examination)There is no problem in point zero stability.(In -20 degrees -40 degrees)4)Accuracy examination Accuracy is good within ±0.5%. (4)We examined specifications of the simplify flow meter's measurement system and the examination of the use devices.The specification of the simplify flow meter's measurement system is the integration of the circuit.
