英文要約There are several kinds of technical problems for example grid voltage boosted up by inverse flow or mutual interference of a plural islanding detection systems etc. when clustered PV systems are interconnected. In “Demonstrative research on clustered PV systems” Demonstrative research of output suppression avoidance systems (battery) for voltage boosted up and a new islanding detection system for mutual interference of a plural islanding detection systems was held on general power grid in Ota City Gumma Prefecture. However in demonstrative research developed systems which contain especial protection systems (Central monitoring system), measuring systems, batteries were used, their equipment organizations couldn’t be called “a universal model of clustered PV systems” and it was difficult to manage it individually by owner of PV system who wasn’t an electrical specialist. So in this work the equipment which was organized in “Demonstrative research on clustered PV systems” would be changed to that which could be managed easily by general PV system owner, data would be stored and analyzed by easy monitoring method and it would be confirmed that clustered PV systems could be interconnected without central monitoring system. The purpose of this work is to inform that equipments are safe and PV systems could be installed on large scale, and to contribute the diffusion of PV systems. In this work there are five research and development items.1st:”Data stored and analyzed accordance with distribution of batteries” The battery’s examinations were carried out when batteries were installed 150,100 and 50 houses to 546 houses which had been installed PV systems. As a result it was confirmed that the rate of avoiding output suppression loss was increased proportional to amount of installed batteries and batteries should be installed partially if you wanted to economical effect..2nd:”Confirming the running circumstances of PCS with new islanding detection system” It was discussed to interconnect PCS with new islanding detection system to power grid and it finished that submitting examination result of PCS and investigation of PCS manufactory. And 50 PCS (initial lots) were bought.3rd:”Carried out of monitoring method” The amount of power generation got by easy monitoring method was compared with that got by Central monitoring system. It was confirmed that the rate of error was maximum 8%. The power amount written in inspection of a meter was got by questionnaire paper and private web site once a month from January 2009. The response rate was about 30-40% every month.4th:”Information of result” Committee was held twice in FY2009.5th:”Carring out Attendant matter to promote this work“ Explanatory meeting for inhabitants was held to start this work and about 86% inhabitants were participated to it.
