英文要約Title: International Cooperative Demonstration Project Utilizing Photovoltaic Power Generation Systems. Development of Supportive Technology for Designing PV-Hybrid Power Generation Systems (FY2006-FY2007) FY2006 Annual Report The aim of this project is to develop a supportive technology of design for PV-Hybrid systems with the practical use of NEDO’s demonstrative research project for the PV hybrid power generation systems in the Asian countries. In this year, existing software tools were surveyed. Software tools related photovoltaic hybrid systems could be classified into five categories: 1) pre-feasibility tools, 2) sizing tools, 3) simulation tools, 4) open architecture research tools, 5) database application tools. The RETScreen 2000 is a typical pre-feasibility tool and it’s to reduce the cost of pre-feasibility studies, disseminating knowledge to help people make better decisions. The Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewables (HOMER) can simulate hybrid systems that consist of any combination of PV, wind power, water power, biogas plants, fuel cell, batteries and hydrogen storage. The HOMER, which was developed by NREL, offers powerful user interface and options. The simplified model descriptions conduct highly efficient, hourly time step calculations for thousands of system configurations. The results are arranged in a ranking list according to life-cycle cost. Primary function of Hybrid2 (version 1.3) is to create detailed simulations of the long term behavior of hybrid systems at various system control strategies. Developed by Swiss company Meteotest, the METEONORM 5.1 is both a climatologic database of 7400 weather stations and a climatologic calculation program for solar energy applications. The field survey of PV-Hybrid system for practical use in Mongolia, were implemented. Also, the development of weather database system in the Asian countries, including solar radiation for this project’s tool, were started.
