(1)加工テンプレートの技術開発
加工テンプレートの技術開発について昨年度に引き続き鋳造、鍛造、めっき、熱処理の4加工技術に対して研究開発を行った。加工法毎に新たに5種類の技能を対象に選びその技能を抽出する手法および明示的に表現するための指標を検討した。検討・抽出された指標により表現された技能を継承して利用するために、指標の背景となる理論・参照データ・評価項目等についてもデータベースを整備し、指標の値を抽出・表現するツールとしての加工テンプレートを開発した。

Research Results for FY 2007 1.1 Development of software tools to inherit and share skills and technology 1.1.1 Development of manufacturing templates In regard of casting, we developed templates for casting design, pouring, design of riser, design of gating system, copper alloys melting, cast irons melting, and trouble shooting. In regard of forging, we developed template for calculation of pressure stress in backward can extrusion, calculation of pressure stress in forward rod extrusion, punch design, counter punch design, die design, process planning of simultaneous extrusion, and process planning of multi-stage rod extrusion. In regard of plating, we developed templates for defect factor, trouble shooting, defect distinction, supplying recommended condition of mechanical properties, supplying recommended condition of optical properties, supplying recommended condition of magnetic properties, and standardization of practical process. In regard of heat treatment, we developed templates for prediction of quench deformation, trouble shooting in gas-carburizing design of carburizing time condition for plate-type workpieces, design of carburizing time condition for rod-type workpieces, design of nitriding・nitrocarburizing time condition, trouble shooting in nitriding・nitrocarburizing, and trouble shooting in induction hardening. 1.1.2 Analysis of expert skills We measured expert skills of glasswork and glass polishing. Multiple video camera 3D measuring, high speed video measuring, thermal picture measuring, glass blow pressure measuring and polishing force measuring are performed. We have developed a force plate to measure glass polishing force, and a vibration sensor to distinct arc welding defects. 1.2 Development of process, manufacturing and design support application software creation technology (1) We investigated design specifications for workflow schematics, which will become an interface for process analysis and application software design. Finally we decided it should comprise task flow schematics and task allocation schematics. In FY2007, we rather focused on development of task flow schematics. We tested them by coding a forging template, and we found the code size was reduced by 80%.(2) We developed basic functions for task allocation schematics by using MZ platform networking functions. We introduced copy and move functions to allocate components and classified inter-component communications into bilateral and unilateral ones. (3) We developed utility components to automatically establish relationships among module programs which are assembled by hierarchical task flow schematics. 2. Publications and other research results 2 published papers and 1 report were published, 16 invited speeches were presented, 1 patent and 7 program copy rights were registered.
