英文要約Title : Development of High-performance Battery System for Next-generation Vehicles. Elemental technology development. Research and development of the technology used electric power of battery with highly effective control circuit
The control technology enable to balance the multiple series battery system has been developed as an essential technology of using battery power which is necessary to realize the highly efficient storage system for next-generation vehicles.Main subjects of development are two; "The development of SOC equalization circuit (Figure 1) by using converter method" which has fundamentally high electric power resurrection efficiency and high voltage accuracy, and "The development of the low-loss magnetism material at the high frequency and the low-loss and small size inductor " for the purpose of micro miniaturization.Fiscal year 2007, the loss reduction and the miniaturization of inductor have been accomplished. Fiscal year 2008, a principle trial production of the SOC equalization circuit using the converter method was prepared and estimated about its function, as well as pursuing more low-loss and miniaturization of the inductor.The power saving of the SOC equalization control circuit was the problem, however, an excellent result was obtained by developing a new control circuit to reduce the power consumption after balance control has been achieved and verifying the effect of this circuit by the circuit simulation.
