英文要約Title:New Energy Technology Field Test Project/Local Biomass Heat Utilization Field Test Project/Heat Supply Project to Beverage Production Plant by Multi Shape Wood Biomass (FY2006-FY2008) FY2007 Annual Report.
(1)Set up the biomass boiler, test operation, and adjusting. We have done test operation and adjustment biomass boiler since June, 2007. (2)Basic performance examination of biomass boiler (a)Boiler efficiency: The boiler efficiency was calculated; therefore it was obtained 79.2%. The note is necessary for the lower calorific value of the chip log for the possibility that the error margin is large. Because it is thought that the difference of the moisture content cut of each log is comparatively great. We attempt the boiler efficiency by the decrease of making of the air ratio and reduce the fuel moisture content in the future. (b)Start-up characteristic test: We examined the stop-start time for generally energy output. Because start-up time of the biomass boiler is slow. When it stopped at nighttime of Saturday, and the boiler was operated early morning of Monday, the combustion chamber temperature decreases to about 60-90 deg C, and it required 60-120 minute for biomass boiler output generally energy. The difference of this time was thought to be a difference of the moisture content cut of the chip. We should examine detailed condition of biomass boiler and the chips. (c)Environmental examination: We analyzed the combustion ash and the exhaust gas generated from the biomass boiler. As a result, it was in a standard value of a related law, and safety was confirmed. (3)Test operation of biomass boiler using multi-shape wood biomass as fuel. We distinguished that wood chip are differ in form with processing of raw materials. Dried lumbering edge materials had thick needle shape. In contrast, the chips manufactured from log of a high water cut (law material) had thin needle shape. Moreover, the trouble was occur that fuel supply device clogged when using wood chip that passed through hole diameter 500mm screen. We thought that various form of wood chips is determined to be cause the problem. So, we tried to standardize by crush the wood chips once again. The trouble has decreased by crushing twice. (4)Introduction of raw material chip dryer: We turned out that it was necessary that the dryness of the raw material for safety and an efficient fuel when the boiler was operated. Therefore, we examined and the introduction the rejection of the dryer by using exhausts heat of biomass boiler. (Under construction as of March, 2007)
