2-1 Study of construction cost reduction activities of 70MPa class Hydrogen refueling station
A dynamic simulation model was developed to estimate hydrogen flow rate in Hydrogen station. Study of construction cost was executed with Hydrogen station working group.
2-2 Verification of operation cost reduction
Hydrogen station was constructed and the daily check was begun.
2-3 Verification of durability enhancement
Verification of durability enhancement was executed.
3-1 Preliminary evaluation of compressor durability
The method of evaluating of compressor durability was arranged with JPEC.
3-2 Trial manufacture / verification / evaluation about the dispenser.
We completed dispenser for verification and set up in Toho Gas Hydrogen Station.
To evaluate the particles in hydrogen gas, we selected the filtering method. The materials trapped on the filter were examined with optical microscope etc.
We designed the control sequence based on a precedent project and applied it to the dispenser.
We examined possibilities of 50% cost cut of the dispenser.
Some alloys were proposed by JRCM, and we examined the applicability for machining process.
3-3 Manufacture / verification / evaluation about the Pre-Cool equipment
The initial updated Pre-Cool equipment was confirmed to satisfy specification.
3-4. Trial manufacture / verification / evaluation about the dispenser hose
The pressurized durability experiments in low temperature had been carried out. The problem for the cost reduction was examined.
4-1 Construction of 70MPa hydrogen refueling station system
Construction of 70MPa Hydrogen station was completed.
4-2 Verification and evaluation concerning compressor
We confirmed the compressor work correctly.
4-3 Trial manufacturing, Verification and evaluation of Dispenser
We examined the measurement item of the dispenser for evaluation on the durability.
Filters and tubings for sampling were installed in the trial dispenser, and the analysis of impurities was started.
4-4 Making for traial purposes / verification / evaluation about the Pre-Cool equipment
Data necessary for development of the Pre-Cool equipment was decided.
The initial updated Pre-Cool equipment was set up. Hydrogen refueling examination was begun.
An approximate equation to predict either of the temperature of the charging hydrogen and the refueling time was proposed for the given initial condition.
4-5 Development of direct refueling technology
The measurement point to verify synchronization between equipments in direct refueling were arranged.
The dispenser for verification was set up.
The problem was examined in the case of direct refueling from compressor in the operation of Pre-Cool equipment.
4-6. The inspection and evaluation on the durability of the dispenser hose
The durability evaluation of the dispenser hose has been started in the Hydrogen station.
4-7 Verification, evaluation of valves and piping
The items of dairy checkup on valves and piping were arranged and daily checkup was begun.
4-8 Verification, evaluation of Hydrogen vessels
The items of dairy checkup on Hydrogen vessel were arranged and daily checkup was begun.
The surveillance test was started in collaboration with NEDO project.
