和文要約和文要約等以下本編抜粋:1.研究開発の内容及び成果等 (1)研究開発の内容 本研究開発では、中国の水問題のうち、湖沼・河川における水質汚染に焦点を当て、我が国の持つ水処理技術の強化ならびに省水型・循環調和型の水循環システムの構築およびその事業化を目指している。平成21年度~23年度では、富栄養化による水質汚染の著しい中華人民共和国雲南省テン池でのフェーズ1,2の調査結果に基づき、水循環システム実証機器を設置して試験地におけるCOD(化学的酸素要求量)、T~N(全窒素)、T~P(全りん)等の富栄養化物質の除去量を把握することで浄化性能の立証を実施すると共に、浄化に伴う生態系への影響について確認調査を行い、確認後の中国政府の認証結果に基づいて事業化を目指す。認証に当たっては、技術鑑定会等を実施し、中国国内専門家、政府関係者による認証となる形式を目指す。
英文要約The research and development for water resources management technology is aimed at further strengthening or improving Japan’s water treatment technologies, working out a water-circulation system of water-saving and environment-friendly type, and ultimately commercializing this system, focusing on contaminated or polluted water in lakes and rivers in China from among water problems facing China. In fiscal 2009 through 2011, based on the results obtained by Phase 1 and Phase 2 investigations conducted in Dianchi Lake, whose water is seriously contaminated, in Yunnan Province, the People’s Republic of China, we are to install a demonstration facility for water circulation system to grasp quantities of eutrophied or eutrophicated materials removed from the pond, such as COD (chemical oxygen demand), T-N (total nitrogen) and T-P (total phosphorus), thereby demonstrating the performance of the demonstration facility and conducting investigations to confirm effects of the purification on the local ecosystem, with the aim of ultimately commercializing the above purification, subject to the Chinese Government’s certification of our confirmed effects on the ecosystem. In order to have our above confirmed effects certified by the Chinese Government, we are planning to have the Chinese side conduct technological evaluation meetings, at which Chinese experts and government officials are to review our confirmed effects for certification. Results attained by us for fiscal 2010 are: 1) Worked out basic plan for the management of this project, and based on the basic plans, conducted management of the design, fabrication, work and operation of the demonstration facility and overall work schedule. 2) Prepared test plans on the demonstration research, based on the above basic plan. 3) Prepared detailed design drawings on equipment to be fabricated, and ordered the equipment and have it manufactured and inspected 4) Transportation of such or the equipment to the site 5) Site work and trial run of the equipment, followed by local inspection by NEDO of the work and the equipment on February 25, 2011.
