英文要約As to the Back-up Flight Control System, with the outcomes of our study in flight control systems of existing aircraft, we identified those functions that would be needed to maintain safe flight after loss of all functions of Primary Flight Control Systems (PFCS).
We determined that the Back-up Flight Control System should have a function to obtain pilot commands and aircraft state quantities e.g. airspeed and triaxial rate from a sensor system independent of PFCS, and construct and design such a system.

As to the Aircraft Motor Controller, we acquired algorithms for loaded and unloaded conditions through evaluation of a compact general-purpose motor controller.
Using the BBM motor controller, we will collect data necessary for designing a motor controller suitable for use on aircraft.

As to the Pitot Tube, we manufactured an Engineering Model (EM).
We tested its de-icing performance in our icing wind tunnel and the result was good.
We also researched test facilities of the National Research Council Canada, which were capable of the SAE AS5562 icing tests required by FAA.
