There was no problem in the freeze-thaw test of the mortar specimen, there was a case where it failed the concrete freeze-thaw test. Even coarse aggregates with no problem in JIS, there was a problem in the freeze thaw test. Durability was improved by reviewing the mixing ratio of the coarse aggregate, washing the surface of the coarse aggregate, and prolonging the in-water curing period.
In order to obtain BFS concrete having stable freeze-thaw resistance throughout the year, it is important to change the regimen method or change the formulation depending on the season. The mortar specimen prepared under the field environment can change the curing method and change the formulation timing.
In the next fiscal year, we will try to improve the surface condition of coarse aggregate, review period of underwater curing, and review the formulation for each season.
In order to confirm the quality of the covering concrete against salt damage, electric resistance resistivity measurement by four electrode method, chloride ion immersion test using mortar flake specimen, chloride ion immersion test using concrete specimen were carried out.
Products manufactured in October are data on chloride ion immersion test method using concrete specimen 3 months ago, data on chloride ion immersion test method using mortar flake specimen 1 month ago, 4 electrode method is used.
Box Calvert's fog has secured a minimum fog of 25 mm.
Using a thickener from the pilot factory, we undertook adequate underwater curing and started shipment of precast concrete products with quality assurance of freezing resistance. In addition, we acquired JIS certification and started manufacturing.
The actual manufacturing of JIS products was 53 tons. Precast concrete products with W / B = 25% produced 11,000 t. The reason for the decrease in manufacturing results is believed to be the effect of fewer private large-scale properties. In public works, there were many applications to roads, box culverts.
