Trillion node engine platform (FY2016-FY2018) FY2017 Annual Report.

Abstract:
We researched reliability of connector, developed leaf board for work shop, made demo system for exhibition, and researched a quality level of a leaf module for premium model.

We researched the connector reliability. We found a conductive register is increasing during thermal shock test. We found several improvement items, such as solder resist design and also observed the connection potion by using SEM/EDX in order to understand this phenomena.

We developed several Leaf boards for the trillion node engine work shop. Also we developed Low power new BLE leaf module and achieve about 1/100 power consumption during sleep mode rather than former BLE leaf module.

We made the PH sensing demo system targeted for agriculture market and show the system in CEATEC show.

In order to clear trillion node engine module quality level, we researched the regulations for several market and tested a module based on a general electronics equipment regulation. We knew some incompatible of regulations such as quality control organization and clear the improvement item for premium model.
