In FY2017 research, we designed the SSHI circuits for wideband and IC based on the system of SSHI module prototype in FY2016 research. As the Evaluation Results, we found the circuit system has the weak point for noise tolerance in the IC. We have already found the countermeasure by the simulation. Additionally, a prototype measurement circuit was created to improve power generation energy efficiency. The prototype circuit was connected to the digital SSHI power generation circuit. A compact integrated system has been completed. Installation of a displacement sensor becomes unnecessary. It will greatly contribute to the IC design development. Next, we conducted a vibration power generation experiment using the prototype circuit, and measured the characteristics of the circuit system. Excellent measurement results were obtained for improvement of power generation energy efficiency. We confirmed that the measurement circuit has multiple functions as designed. Furthermore, a power generation filter corresponding to the measurement circuit was designed. The state of vibration is estimated while switching each state estimator according to the circuit state.
