|英文要約||For the direction of hydrogen society and market formation, NEDO has started the developments of
large-scale hydrogen utilization technology which expand the hydrogen demand significantly
and have low environmental impact. In this research and development, the basic technologies
for hydrogen fired gas turbine power generation, which uses a large amount of hydrogen,
and especially dry low NOx combustion technology are developed.
In FY2017, with prototype hydrogen dry low NOx emission combustor for 2MW gas turbine,
hydrogen combustion tests were conducted. NOx emission reduction and hydrogen flame stability were investigated.
In the atmospheric conditions tests, hydrogen ignition tests were conducted, assuming gas turbine operation with only hydrogen.
Stable hydrogen ignition was achieved without any damages for combustor parts. And hydrogen flame stability was achieved
with several engine rotational speed conditions.
For the purpose of investigations of NOx emission and flame stability for modified and improved trial test parts,
2MW gas turbine conditions, high-pressure and high-temperature, tests were conducted. NOx emissions level of hydrogen burner,
which has lower combustor pressure loss ratio than tested burner in FY2016, was 40ppm (O2-16%). And pre-test of
about 100% load fuel shut-off and turn-on test was conducted. Flame stability was achieved without flameout and flashback.
