(Submarine ground survey)
By performing the minimum necessary survey in stages within a limited workable period, we examined how to collect ground data efficiently required for the selection of the foundation structure type including the pre-basic design.
Based on the guidelines and standards, the survey items "Bathymetric Survey", "Geophysical Survey", "In-situ Testing", and "Laboratory Testing" were extracted, which are necessary for the design of the bottom fixed offshore wind turbine.
The items to be considered in calculating the survey cost were arranged, and the approximate cost of the submarine ground survey was calculated for the model case assuming various conditions. We also investigated the fluctuation risk of the cost due to the difference of the operation rate depending on the sea area and the season of the whole country and the availability of the work boat with a limited number of vessels and the influence.

Based on the designated sea area conditions, the meteorological and oceanographic survey items necessary for schematically carrying out the calculation of the design external force (setting of the design load conditions) were extracted among the basic design and the implementation design.
Based on the guidelines and standards, we extracted "wind", "wave", "sea flow", "water level", etc. as survey items required for the basic design of bottom fixed offshore wind turbines and calculation of design external force.
Based on the publicly available data and wind conditions observation, we formulated efficient survey methods and detailed specifications. Based on the collected data, we investigated the data arrangement method to calculate the survey items required for basic design.
The survey cost based on the detailed specifications was calculated for each work item assuming actual work. Work items are observation costs, data purchase costs, analysis data preparation costs and analysis operation costs.
