英文要約1. Application of high-resolution algorithm for pasta visualization.
We developed and applied a mapping learning algorithm to increase the resolution of a low resolution depth camera for the purpose of recognizing the depth of a pasta.We developed a mapping function to obtain high-resolution images of over tens of thousands of pasta-images. We will continue data collection and work on improving the accuracy of the model.

2. Set-up the tasks of picking pasta object
We are setting up the tasks of picking pasta through the experiments of picking pasta which is used in food factories and the analysis of physical equation and behavior. We are furthermore developing a machine learning algorithm for picking of specific amount of pasta according to the torque of the gripper and behavior of pasta.

3. Improvement of apparatus
We improved the apparatus to meet the requirements of picking tasks. The apparatus includes not only grippers but also sensors and actuators. We continue to work on the improvement of the hardware based on the obtained results of pasta picking.
