英文要約Title: Development of geospatial platform for smart mobility(FY2018-FY2019) FY2018 Annual Report

A multi-scale geospatial platform has been implemented on which we can integrate various data sets with divergent formats and/or coordinate system.
Based on the international standard and deep learning framework, every objects can be recognized and placed on the earth with their accurate 3D positions.
We have divided the real physical world into 3 different layers, i.e., indoor/roadside/remote areas.
It is demonstrated that the huge area in the last layer can be monitored by tremendous amount (> 10PB) of satellite imagery on commercial cloud.
The land cover has been classified into 20 types and the temporal change has been detected in a different time scale (16 days, one year and 5 years).
The platform provides seamless indoor/roadside 3D data around Tokyo waterfront ODAIBA area and we can make a large-scale analysis and real-time control of moving objects, such as human, autonomous wheel-chair, robots and cars in this platform.
