(1) Structuring knowledge of coimagination method
Structured knowledge was built from existing manuals and materials which contains the knowledge of the implementer and the participants. The knowledge was improved by repeating on-site interviews.

(2) Structuring knowledge for prevention of frailty
Implicit knowledge to support volunteers' activities for prevention of frailty was structured and expanded by sharing with people concerned with community development.

(3) Knowledge structuring and dissemination acceleration of CBT
With the UP CBT books and our clinical experience, we built the UP knowledge structure. It was verified by therapists of the CBT Center, and was improved by adding their practice knowledge.

(4) Robotic devices and its evaluation index for home care
A survey on the evaluation index of robotic/welfare devices to support activities and mental function of the elderly conducted.

(5) Development of IoT orthoses
In order to collect data on the usage of orthoses for handicapped people living in the community, a prototype of IoT orthosis was developed.

(6) Technology for sharing the walking routes We developed a system that can evaluate and feedback the individual gait characteristics by using environmental- and wearable-sensors.

(7) Survey on behaviors and mindsets regarding health promotion,
We conducted a qualitative survey study to design the effective intervention service programs. As a result, we determined the characteristics of each psychological segment.

(8) Development of eating monitoring system
Five-year meal records taken by FoodLog application were analyzed. An automatic food recording system with a ceiling camera observing the dining table was implemented and proved success rate of 53%.

(9) Development of physiological psychology monitoring system
Sensing methods for physiological and psychology characteristics monitoring were developed. The non-contact cardiac sound sensor for heatstroke management can measure heartbeat intervals with the accuracy of 3.1ms.

(10) Information sharing system for community-based integrated care
Emergency monitoring system was developed which interlock fire alarm systems and notify to remote call center and neighborhood residents. Life support functions can be integrated on the system.

(11) Evaluation model of non-financial indicators
We made a database of non-financial data and financial data obtained from industries and cleaned up the data.

(12) Cooperation with Ritsumeikan COI
Prototypes of smart wears for ECG and EMG measurement were developed. Data acquisition system was also developed using smartphones and tablet computers to realize real-time monitoring of long-term, large-scale measurement.
