Project for Accelerating Innovative AI Chip Development

To develop AI chips, both advanced skills and expensive design tools are required. In particular, although SMEs and startups have innovative ideas, they face high barriers to market entry and other challenges. Therefore, the goal of this project is to provide design-development support aimed at achieving the practical application of ideas developed by SMEs and startups.

Furthermore, in support of common basic technologies necessary to accelerate the development of AI chips, this project will: establish a research base with a development environment for design, evaluation, and verification; develop common technologies to promote chip development; and provide training to ensure personnel possess the knowledge and know-how necessary to utilize IoT and AI technologies.
