Business Plan
Pioneering the Future of Construction with 3D Printing.
We are a Keio University-born startup on a mission to revolutionize the process of architecture. By leveraging advanced 3D printing technology, we tackle critical challenges in the construction industry, expand architectural possibilities, and drive the sector toward a more sustainable and innovative future. Our proprietary large-scale 3D printers enable the low-cost production of essential building components, such as resin-based concrete formwork and interior/exterior panels. Additionally, we are developing new digital construction methods that streamline on-site operations. By incorporating recycled plastics into our materials, we actively contribute to a circular economy and a more sustainable society. Through these innovations, we aim to transform the construction process using digital technology, addressing pressing global issues, including labor shortages, workforce aging, and plastic waste. Our vision extends beyond Japan, striving to create a more sustainable and efficient construction industry worldwide.
Research Outline
In this R&D effort, we aim to develop multi-functional casting formwork that is not removed after concrete placement, incorporating multiple functions such as exterior, interior, insulation, wiring and plumbing, and window frame base. By developing the necessary automated manufacturing technologies, we aim to pioneer a new market for modular construction.
