Business Plan
Our company provides a wastewater treatment solution that combines a proprietary oil-degrading microbial formulation with a high-efficiency bioreactor system. Targeting industries with high oil and fat discharge—such as food processing plants, food service industries, and logistics facilities—our system offers energy-saving, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional physical and chemical treatment methods. This contributes to sustainable industrial operations and the realization of a circular society.
Research Outline
In this project, we aim to commercialize a more advanced continuous microbial oil degradation treatment system than our current technology. We will conduct pilot-scale validation of system performance, examine key conditions required for scale-up, and identify technical considerations for full-scale implementation. Specifically, the project will include: scaling up the production system for the microbial formulation (starter culture); developing a continuous, automated microbial amplification and dosing device for on-site inoculum generation; and developing a continuous oil degradation system using microbial treatment in the main reactor.
