Business Plan

To address the challenges of next-generation semiconductor miniaturization in the semiconductor market, we aim to lead the world and strengthen Japan's semiconductor competitiveness by providing solutions through laser oscillators equipped with ultra-short wavelength and short-pulse laser technology.

Therefore, we are developing mass production technology for picosecond laser oscillators with wavelengths of 355 nm and 266 nm.

Research Outline

This research and development project aims to establish mass production technology by developing beam quality suitable for use as a light source in processing equipment, ensuring its stability, and developing its functionality as a system.
