YABUTA Keisuke

Mr. YABUTA Keisuke was appointed as Auditor of NEDO in June 2023.

Mr. Yabuta joined Hitachi, Ltd. in April 1984 and was assigned to the Semiconductor Division and has since 1989 held positions in finance and accounting, mainly at their head office. For six years from April 2012, he was Head of Finance in the Railway Business Unit, where he was instrumental in the successful realization of major project finance in the UK and large-scale mergers and acquisitions in Italy. For two years from April 2021, he was in charge of auditing the entire Hitachi Group as the head of the Internal Audit Office.

Mr. Yabuta graduated from Keio University’s Faculty of Commerce in 1984.
