NEDO Concludes Memorandum of Understanding with Minamisoma City on Development of Robot-related Human Resources

On April 10, 2019, NEDO Chairman Hiroaki Ishizuka and Mayor Kazuo Momma of Minamisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture, concluded a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at the NEDO branch office regarding topics including the development of robot-related human resources utilizing facilities such as the Fukushima Robot Test Field.

At the signing ceremony for the MOU, NEDO Chairman Ishizuka noted in his remarks that the signing of the MOU marks a memorable starting point for both NEDO and Minamisoma City, and expressed NEDO's intent to carry out this project through even greater cooperation with Minamisoma City and its people.
