NEDO Co-hosts Space Business Pitch Event

On September 13, 2019, NEDO, together with the Cabinet Office and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, co-hosted a pitch event called "The Road to the New Era of Space Business" at Startup Hub Tokyo. Approximately 120 people participated in this event where six entrepreneurs and researchers conducting new business in the space industry field gave presentations on their current business plans.

Investment firms and companies interested in pursuing business in the space industry field attended the event, and a lively question and answer session took place regarding the entrepreneurs' business plans. After the presentations, a networking session was held where event participants engaged in energetic discussions regarding future business development.
