NEDO Participates in International Robot Exhibition 2022

For four days from March 9-12, 2022, NEDO participated in the International Robot Exhibition 2022 held at the Tokyo Big Sight conference center.

At its exhibit, under the theme “People and Robots Working Together to Enhance Our Everyday Lives,” NEDO displayed the latest trends in technologies for robots, drones, AI, and relevant software through the demonstration of actual robots and the use of presentation panels and explanatory videos. The NEDO exhibit also introduced its efforts to foster human resources capable of supporting the development of these technologies and thereby expanding their use. Online streaming was also employed during the exhibition to introduce the NEDO exhibit to the public.

On March 10, NEDO hosted “Robot/AI Forum 2022-People and Robots Working Together to Create the New Normal.” At the forum, NEDO project managers and company representatives provided presentations on relevant NEDO technology development projects.
