NEDO Exhibited at ENEX2026 —50th Global Environment and Energy Harmony Exhibition

NEDO exhibited at ENEX2026 —50th Global Environment and Energy Harmony Exhibition, which was held at Tokyo Big Sight from January 28 to January 30, 2026.
The exhibition was organized under the theme “A Sustainable Future Pioneered by Frontier Technologies.”
On January 28, a joint opening ceremony was held for the 50th ENEX and the 20th Renewable Energy World Exhibition & Forum, with Mr. SAITO Tamotsu, Chairman of NEDO, in attendance.
At its booth, NEDO presented the “NEDO Energy Conservation Technology Development Awards”, recognizing nine organizations across six project themes for their outstanding achievements contributing to energy conservation.
NEDO Chairman’s Award, presented to the most outstanding project, was awarded for the project titled “Development of an Innovative Integrated Manufacturing Process Using Thermoplastic Thin-Layer Prepreg Sheets,” carried out by FUKUVI Chemical Industry CO., LTD.
On January 29, NEDO also held the “Moonshot Goal 4 Annual Session 2025” on a special stage at the venue, disseminating information on research and development outcomes related to Moonshot Goal 4.
Throughout the three-day exhibition, the NEDO booth featured exhibitions and presentations on energy-saving technologies aimed at achieving a decarbonized society, innovative technology seeds with a view toward commercialization and social implementation after 2040, and challenging R&D initiatives to achieve the Moonshot Goals.
The booth attracted many visitors and was lively during the event.
