Discussions Held with MEDEF International, the Mouvement des Entreprises de France

On April 1, 2026, NEDO held discussions with the Mouvement des Entreprises de France International (MEDEF International), the largest representative business organization in France. Attending the meeting on behalf of NEDO were Mr. YOKOSHIMA Naohiko, President of NEDO, Mr. MATSUMOTO Shintaro, Executive Director of NEDO, and Mr. YOSHIDA Takeshi, Executive Director of NEDO, while MEDEF International was represented by Mr. Christophe Fontaine, Vice President of the France-Japan Business Council, who also serves as CEO of Roxalex. They were also joined by representatives of MEDEF International member companies.
Mr. YOKOSHIMA provided an overview of NEDO’s international initiatives, while representatives of MEDEF International introduced the companies attending the meeting. The participants exchanged views on approaches to Japan–France cooperation in technological development.
